Of course, though, chocolate isn’t the best thing for your teeth, which is why it’s good to practice moderation.   • Pay attention to the chocolate’s sugar content. Avoid chocolate that’s high in sugar, such as white and milk chocolate. Consider switching to dark chocolate instead, and go for the darkest chocolate available.
