Since achieving his Bachelors of Dental Surgery from the University of Manchester, Ashwin has acquired a multitude of skills and experiences from the vast array of dental job roles he has undertaken. His interests lie in Oral Surgery, Cosmetic Dentistry and caring for anxious patients. Completing 2 years of Dental Core Training in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery has allowed him to strengthen his Minor Oral Surgery skills, providing wisdom tooth and root removal and intravenous sedation for anxious patients. He is a member of the Faculties of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh having successfully completed both MJDF part 1 and MFDS part 2 examinations.

He is currently enrolled in world renowned aesthetic, restorative and composite bonding courses and would be keen to start your smile journey today, offering early and late weekday appointments to fit around your busy schedule.

He was part of a charity trip to Cambodia and provided urgent dental treatment to several orphaned HIV affected children in Phnom Penh- an experience which he values greatly.

Outside the world of work, Ashwin is a keen sportsman playing cricket, tennis and squash as well as
being an enthusiastic follower of Manchester United football club. He enjoys leading an active healthy
lifestyle by going to the gym, practicing yoga and participating in Bhangra dance classes.
His family and friends would describe him as an approachable, enthusiastic and empathetic
individual who is always keen to help and make your dental visits as fun and enjoyable as possible.
